Canadian Rockies (May 2011)
Day 7:
It's the final day of this brief visit. Although I had thought of getting up very early to enjoy predawn and sunrise views, I didn't because I went to bed rather late the previous night, and also because I had to pack my belongings. After a leisurely breakfast, I walked about the town for a while.

I checked out of the hotel in mid-morning, and headed to the Calgary International for my flight back to San Jose. Here's a photo of the Trans-Canada Highway just outside of Banff:
Although my initial plan to meet up with some old Canadian friends from British Columbia didn't materialize, it was another great trip!
